Whenever the Halloween season comes, people go crazy with scary decorations. The demand for such decorations turned this holiday into a huge industry and enabled stores to profit by selling scary costumes and home decorations. However, we often don’t think about what our dogs think of the scary decor we put out on our lawn every year.
A dog named Cornflake showed that he isn’t too keen on the decorations. While he was out shopping with his humans at the Old Time Pottery, he was happily walking along the aisle with a new dog toy in his mouth. He was pleased with his brand-new toy and was probably imagining all the fun things he could do with it once he gets home.
Cornflake was lost in thought when he suddenly came across something that startled him. It turns out that this all happened during the Halloween season and the Old Time Pottery had plenty of scary decorations displayed on their shelves to sell.
Cornflake probably didn’t get the memo and didn’t expect what he saw when he glanced at the shelves stocked with Halloween decorations. When he saw the skulls and the huge black cat on top, he had the funniest reaction. Besides, who wouldn’t be taken aback after suddenly seeing skulls next to you and a group of huge black cats on top? It’s no wonder why Cornflake was frightened.
After the initial shock, Cornflake did a double take on what he saw. The huge inflatable black cat was on top of the shelves and looked like it was going to pounce on him. After realizing that it wasn’t real, he went on to walk towards the exit. Most of us know how Cornflake felt at that time and have been in similar situations as Cornflake.
Thankfully, everything was recorded by Cornflake’s owner. What’s even funnier was that Cornflake didn’t even drop his new toy. Here’s a video featuring Cornflake’s hilarious encounter with a bunch of scary Halloween decorations.
